RODIZIO

Direct from the southern Brazilian high plains comes a centuries old way of cooking, where gauchos spit-roasted large portions of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry over the glowing coals of open fire pits, preserving the meats’ natural juices and rich flavours. HOW IT WORKS

Indulge in our complimentary gourmet salad bar and traditional Brazilian and Portuguese hot dishes. Feast on our unique all you can eat Brazilian Rodizio with continuous table side service as your barbecue chefs come round with serving trays with up to 14* cuts of meats - beef, pork, lamb and chicken.

1. Step One
Sit down, relax, enjoy a drink, while we explain to you the Porto Ricco Rodizio dining experience.
2. Step Two
You can immediately visit our gourmet buffet bar and when you return to your seat the meat will start to flow.
3. Step Three
Turn your disc green side up, signalling that you are ready to begin table side service. Various types of marinated meat will be brought by our chefs to your table.
4. Step Four
When you are feeling satisfied, flip the disc to the red side until you are ready for more offerings.
5. Step Five
Don't forget our delicious desserts, coffee and liquors.
